I bought the SDL Trados 2019 versione recently and updated successfully to SR2. Now I want to use the NMT, but can't Log In to the SDL Language Cloud. I'm very disappointed because I spend the money for the new version 2019 right to use the NMT and now it doesn't work. I hope you can help. Thanks.
Error Message when trying to open the SDL log in: Italian: Il nome del motore specificato è già in uso.
Translation of the error message: The name of the specific motor is already in use.

Could you please let me know the exact version of Studio you have running please-
and also which languages you are using- maybe an image of the settings

We have in the meantime been able to resolve the issue.
Your Language Cloud account was registered on your old email @t#### address- this has now been rectified and you can use either.
Also, your account was set to 'not renew' each month.
This has now been reactivated and you should now be able to log in.
If you still have an issue- please clear the cookies and try again.

Hello Steven,
I did as you said, cleaned cookies and restarted PC and Trados, but get still the below error message and can't access the Cloud page. I use the same credentials as for my SDL account (anja@hajek.one + password). Could it be that the account didn't migrate with the new version (I read this in a similar case)?
And, when I try to open from here: 
I get the following message: "An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team."

How can this article be helpful when I have no access to my Cloud account?
Anyway, I logged a support ticket, but if I knew all this mess before I would never have spent money for the SDL 2019 upgrade (the main reason was to use the NMT easily as Trados shows in its webinars and public pubblicity).

Thank you for letting the support team know you can now log in.
Just to help others that may have similar issues and to close this thread, this was in part due to multiple email addresses being registered, which has now been resolved.
