I am a user of Studio 2019 and I am trying to use the Generic NMT option in the Language Cloud MT. But the "generic NMT" option is not shown. Only the "generic" option is shown, and I can get only "AT" results.
I have checked the status of my Language Cloud account, and uninstalled and re-installed my Studio several times. But the situation has not changed.
How can I use the generic NMT option in the Language Cloud MT?

I'm wondering whether perhaps you haven't installed the latest updates.
You can check simply by ensuring you are logged in (top right-hand corner) and simply clicking the 'notifications' icon or Help>Check for updates.
SDL Machine Translation Cloud needs at least SR2 to be installed (correct App version is 3.1.1.2)
