Hi,
SDL Language Cloud appears not to be working for me for one of my documents. An error message appears stating: 'An error has occurred while using the translation provider SDL Machine Translation: Connection to Language Cloud failed.'
The engine I am using (and which is enabled) is the generic NMT engine for pt-BR > en-GB. Strangely, the generic NMT engine for a different language pair, it-IT > en-GB, is working fine for a separate document.
My version of SDL Trados Studio is Freelance 2019 SR2 - 15.2.5.2145.
I have tried deleting the LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin file as per the following, but the problem remains: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032077
