SDL Language language clould stopped giving suggestions.

Question

I can select SDL Language Cloud in Project Settings but I do not get any translation results. The only message I always get is "No matches find". 
 This happens with my own created projects and with the projects from the clients. 
 My subscription is active, I use Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.2831. Where could be the problem?

 It appears that you might not have this installed-

Please navigate to the following folder 
 C:\Users\USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages 
 Then you should see the following plugin 
 
 If not, please install from here 
 https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-machine-translation-cloud/941/ 
 Then restart your machine and Studio. 
 Are you now able to select SDL Machine Translation Cloud?

 Its always useful if you can provide a screenshot of the editor/translation results window 
 
 and also let us know the language pair you are using. 
 A likely cause as to why you aren't receiving any suggestions is perhaps the provider isn't enabled in the project settings- 
 
 If the settings are correct, you will possibly need to install the latest version of the app-
