is it possible to train the NMT engine somehow? Or does it eventually "learn" from all the inputs we provide in the cloud when we use it? A "patch matches" function to combine TB results and NMT would be great.

This is already possible using the SDL MT Cloud plugin from the appstore. But you need to have the appropriate account to be able to use dictionaries. Can you confirm whether you are using the free NMT that is part of your account or if you have a paid account?
