Can you please specify in which tool ( and version) are you trying to create a project ? I can only guess you are trying to create a cloud project in SDL Trados Studio 2021 ? This foorum is for SDL Machine Translation Cloud and I suspect you are trying to create a project in SDL Language Cloud from Studio, in which case please raise your question under
