This is indeed confusing!

The SDL Language Cloud termbases do not really apply to your machine translation results.  At least I'm pretty sure of this... maybe Daniel Brockmann can confrm?

NMT can have dictionaries that apply to the results but these need to be added via your MT account here:

https://translate.sdl.com/settings/dictionaries

Then... the out of the box version of LC NMT cannot actually use them anyway as they are not even displayed for you to select.  So you need to work with the app here:

https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-machine-translation-cloud/941/

This app can use the dictionaries created against your Machine Translation account.

I hope that's enough to help you work through this but if not let me know and I can try to elaborate further as needed.

This is most likely because you don't have a paid account for Machine Translation.  If you do then you have these settings:

You would need to contact our sales teams to find out more about this as we don't have a simple click and pay offering yet... but it is possible.  This is the contact link to use:

That would be for the reasons I already mentioned.

So if you don't have the right account, and you apparently don't, then you have definitely not created dictionaries for NMT yet.

Hi - I can confirm what Paul is saying. We will change this user interface soon to get rid of the confusion which I apologize for - more news when we get there, it's still a bit down the line. Thanks
