I can no longer use the Language Cloud from my SDL 2017 SR1

Hello

I am a sporadic user of SDL Trados. I have a license and a free subscription to the SDL Language Cloud (that I havent used in a while).

When I tried to use it today it gives me an error in SDL Trados

I have installed an app that should let me add it as SDL Machine Translation Cloud Provider but then when I try to log while setting it up (as a user using my normal Trados login) it gives me a weird error (see picture).

What do I need to do to regain access to the MT service?
