I'm a freelance translator, and I'm using Trados freelancer 2021

I usually work on English(US) > Korean projects, and rarely take Chinese > Korean job.

yesterday I received Chinese>Korean task for the first time after I downloaded Trados 2021.

and I might have adjusted some setup.... I'm not so sure.

and today when I'm working on ENglish>Korean task again, I can't see anything when I'm doing the pre-machine translation.(Please see the inserted picture)

before yesterday, I had no problem with using this. there appeared an English>Korean line and when I clicked it, it machine-translated all the segments as the rate I set up.

but I can't see anything now, so I can't use SDL pre-machine translate function  at the moment.

Could you pls advise me on the issue?

it's very important to me.
