Unusable Italian to English translation of uppercase words

Question

I'm using SDL LANGUAGE CLOUD 
 
 and the translation of sentences with uppercase words are unusable (some words are left in Italian, other words are meaningless) 
 here is an example 
 PROGETTAZIONE DELLA MACCHINA AI FINI DELLA MOVIMENTAZIONE is translated as PROGATION OF MACCHINA FOR THE PURPOSES OF MOVENEMENT 
 I have tried the same sentence in lowercase 
 progettazione della macchina ai fini della movimentazione 
 and I get 
 design of the machine for handling purposes 
 This is quite better

 I can't reproduce this and neither can the MT team as I actually asked them to look at this yesterday before testing myself. This is what I'm seeing:
