I've posted this question earlier, but in the wrong section.
I've used the SDL Machine translation cloud provider without any issues for months, but last week it stopped working. It appears activated, but then when I start working, I get the message 'No matches found or no lookup performed' in the Translations Results.'
I've checked the updates (I am fully updated on Studio (SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 15.2.7.2849) and have looked through all the queries on the community platform here, but cannot find the solution.
I've also tried to disconnect the Language Cloud and reconnect it to the project. That leads to the message that my language pair is not supported. I tried to delete the plug-in, but since it is a system plug-in, it could not be deleted or deactivated.
Help, please?
