SDL Language Cloud engine not found, again.

Hello everyone,

So, this issue apparently affects many people, but even after spending 2 whole days reading every possible thread and solution, nothing seems to work in my case.

My issue is simple. Language cloud doesn’t work for me at the moment. I am using Trados Studio 2017 Freelance SR1 latest update (updated it today to be sure). It wasn't working before the update as well.

I have also reinstalled the latest SDL translation engine.

For any document or project, SDL TM engine is giving me the well-known error message “An error has occurred blablabla. Language Cloud not found” as well as the “No Matches found”.

I have the free subscription 500000 characters.

I have obviously set up correctly all parameters within outlook when it comes to language pairs (been using it for 7 years). I literally checked roughly 20 times each parameter to be sure I wasn't missing something.

I have obviously signed in and signed out from everything everywhere in case it could reset something.

Language Pair I am using is French to English (UK).

I'm desperate to find help as I am not allowed to have normal support anymore and I accepted a job for next week (I did not expect Trados not to work on my set up). 

If anyone has any idea, or any clue, please let me know.
