Could you confirm whether the unsigned message happened right after updating and restarting Studio?

If not, did you do anything else before the message appeared?

It would also help if you could navigate to the following log files

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\SDL Community\SDLMachineTranslationCloud

Delete the existing.txt file(s) and then restart Studio.

Please then, either attach the file to the community thread or send to me direct (swhale@sdl.com) so we can investigate this further.

Hi Lydia, I am not sure if it is OK to post my question here but I do have same one, so let me tell my situation.

As you mentioned in your answer, I checked following log files, but I do not find "SDLMachineTranslationCloud".

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\SDL Community\SDLMachineTranslationCloud

There are following items under SDL community.

• AppStore Integration
• PluginInstaller
• SDLMachineTranslationEdge

Which should I check more further?

By the way, I'm using Trados Studio 2021 SR2 and I don't remember what did I do before appearing the message.

Hi Mari 

I assume you are adding to this post as you have pop up warnings when you launch Studio?
If yes, then please create a new post so we can give advice that pertains to your specific use case scenario as I suspect there will be differences.

Before you do what I will add is that SDLMachineTranslationCloud is an old product term. Its since been rebranded to Language Weaver Cloud and given you have Trados 2021, I dont think you have the right plugin versions.

Please ensure you download the correct plugin versions that is supported with Trados 2021 by following this article here: (Missing Wiki Page) 

If you still have issues then indeed, please create a new post so we can tackled what is outstanding
