'there are no machine translation engines that match your project's language pairs' - message has been appearing when I try to use Language Cloud for about a week now, both before and after the maintenance works. My language pair is FR>EN, and my subscription is up to date. Any suggestions gratefully received.
... I'm using Studio 2019, which is updated to the latest version, and have tried everything else suggested in the SDL forums (clearing cookies, etc.). And am unable to log out of Language Cloud to try logging in again. Thanks in advance!

Thanks Steven. When I try to log out I get the spinning wheel, but nothing happens. I tried renaming the languagecloud.bin as suggested in your article, but I'm afraid I still get the same message when I try to use Language Cloud.
