Lost access to the Language Cloud and can't log out.

I have Trados 2019.

As of today, after you did maintenance, when creating a new project, I'm unable to add a language under the SDL Language Cloud menu option. No language is displayed. I've paid for it and my subscription runs for two more weeks, so that's not the problem. 

I thought I might try logging out and then in again to see what happens, but I am unable to log out at all. I've tried several times.

Help!
