URGENT: Studio 2019 connection timeout error

Hello,

I asked this question yesterday, but I'm trying again because I was advised to clear cookies, which didn't work.

Since the maintenance on Saturday 13th March, I get the following message:

                     "There was a connection timeout error. Please check your network and internet connections."

What can I do to get Trados working properly again as soon as possible?
