Are you using the out-of-the box integrated Language Cloud option? If so please download and install the Language Cloud provider from here:

https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-machine-translation-cloud/941/ 

And try again. If you do use this plugin, remove it and add it again. Also, please ensure the translation results window is large enough so you can see the whole results in there:

I have tested myself the segments from IT>EN and works fine from my side.

Now I've tried the plug-in and it actually works better (catena is translated), thank you for your suggestion!

I wonder why with this plug-in the option Update is not available, while with the integrated option it was available (or maybe it has no influence on next suggestions?)
