Unable to log in to Language Cloud from Studio 2021

I logged out of Language Cloud (from Studio) and then tried to log back in, but all attempts failed until my account was blocked (see below)

The helpful help button tells me how to change my password, but I know my password. I can log into my SDL account, and I can log into my Language cloud account with a browser. I just can't connect Studio with it. Maybe can help?
