I think there are two different issues here-

The first concerning the actual error message is likely to be due to a corrupt plugins folder-

Don't forget to also repair/reset Studio (link is embedded in above article)

In regards to the used characters could you please post a screen shot of your project settings and confirm whether you are also using TM's or only MT?

I am using MT, and I disable any TMs during that time, that are maybe added to a certain project. And I do not use it on all projects since some clients do not allow that, I tried to insert a screenshot but do not know how (I have the Insert option but cannot choose a file)

If you are only using MT and no TM's then its quite possible that you are using up/exceeding your character allowance very quickly.

I would advise you to use TM's on each and every project- you can then save the MT suggestions (after editing) to your TM and do not need to get the same translation from MT over and over again.

If you save the image to your desktop - you should then be able to attach it to the thread

I did save the image, and clicked Insert, but I cannot add file - help :-) And how can I solve the problem with no MT units available? I still believe that it is impossible that I have used up so many characters :-(

Go a step further and click here and then select your image file:

Or... just copy paste your image into the post and don't use the insert image menu at all. That's all I ever do with images.
