Hi,
I always get this message when working with one of my client: "An error has occurred while using the translation provider XXXX: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
This message appears when performing a concordance search, therefore I cannot access the TM.
Can you please help me?

I do not have the Save icon as on your screenshot.
Where can I find it.
See above a screenshot of the error.
The TM is integrated in the package for translation.

the screenshot seems to be when hitting the Verification button (F8) and not the Concordance search (F3).
Can you please provide the steps until you get to the error?
