Have been using SDL Language Cloud no problem, then in the middle of a document, it just stopped working, stop generating automatic translations for the segments, and I now have the following error. Tried shutting down and restarting and it hasn't made a different. And now having this same issue on other docs I am trying to work on. Any ideas please?

Hi Anna Moorby,
Please go to your Project Settings and/or global settings in the Translation Memory and automated translation and remove the Language Cloud provider. Then add it again and check if it restored and works.
In alternative, if that does not do the trick, you can install the provider of the MT Cloud, here: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-machine-translation-cloud/941/

The same problem happened to me at the same time. Removing and adding the Language Cloud provider again do not help.

Hi there. Is anyone managing to access it today? I am still unable.
Morning! I have also been having exactly the same problems since yesterday. I have tried the above tip plus several others I found online, did a Windows repair, downloaded and ran the Freshstart app - nothing is working.
Not yet. Until it is repaired, you can try DeepL I've been testing it for a few days. Very, very impressive.
Seems to be up and running again now!
