I use SDL Language Cloud and DeepL machine translation. 'Look up segments in MT even if a TM match has been found' is set but sometimes no NMT result is shown or only one NMT result is shown if a fuzzy TM match is found.

Maybe your "Maximum Number of Hits" is too low? Go to Settings -> All Language Pairs -> Translation Memory -> Search, and set "Maximum Number of Hits" to a larger number (I use 12).
