Have you tried a different browser, or clear your current browser cache?
As the issues when logging into your RWS account to access things like RWS Apps are either browser related or an issue with password.
By reviewing your browsers or reset password, I am sure we can get the app downloaded for you

I tried with MS Edge v. 97.0.1072.69 and Chrome v. 97.0.4692.99, but the login loop problem still happens. I don't want to change the password as I fear this may affect other SDL/Trados/RWS functionalities. If possible, please point me to another download location or, alternatively, provide donwload link.
