Good afternoon,
I have a problem with the Language Weaver. Infact I inserted it in the Project Setting -> Translation Memory and Automatic Translation, but I get the message that there is No model available for the language pair (British English --> French)...
I don't understand what is the issue, since I normally used the Language Weaver until last week without any problem.

I believe there was an issue yesterday that has been resolved but it may have affected you. Can you please check to see if all is working as expected now? If the issue persists, kindly use the "contact us form" in your account and one of our support staff will reach out to you to provide help.

I have the exact same problem- and very very frustrated- I posted my question twice and also sent an e-mail to one of the project managers, yet I didn't get any reply....this is a huge problem- I use machinee translation memories as a reference- and it's truly difficult for me to work without it.
Please- HELP
