Having at last installed Windows 10 and then Studio 2019 Freelance, I cannot get my Language Cloud to work.

I open a project, go to Project Settings, under All Language Pairs I go to Translation Memory and Automated Translation, mark SDL Language Cloud. A window opens, SDL Language Cloud, below this a drop-down menu, where I can choose between SDL Machine Translation and Translation Engines. I choose SDL Machine Translation, below this is another window, where I can choose between MT Models and Dictionaries. I select MT Models. To the right of this is Source Language (for me German) and Target Language (English UK), and then it says Model - with me Generic - NMT. (I have the free version with 500,000 free characters.) I click Save, but get the error message "An error has occurred while using the translation provider SDL Machine Translation: Language Cloud engine not found."

What have I done wrong? As far as I can see I have done exactly what is shown in the YouTube video www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmxgWhFKkns.
