I am writing here, since I am very desperate to solve an issue with Language Weaver. I have written to the community ...but have not received any workable solution. I have also written a detailed email to the distributor in Mumbai, India, from whom I bought the new version 2021...he too has not done anything about it. Please help me!!!
I downloaded the plugin and logged in with my SDL credentials.
I can see the Language Weaver Cloud Provider added to my list of memories.
But when I open the document, there is an error:
"object reference not set to an instance of an object"
I also keep getting this error whenever I try to go to the cloud-based resources:
