I get this error message when I open a file I'm translating (which previously used SDL machine translation). When I try to enable the language cloud from the project settings it appears to crash Studio and I have to reopen the program. Please could you help? Many thanks!
Please follow these steps to be able to use machine translation https://www.trados.com/products/machine-translation/access-nmt-in-studio.html You do not need an app with Trados 2021.
If you would like to use Language Weaver Cloud (https://appstore.rws.com/language/app/sdl-machine-translation-cloud/941/) please see https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000011889 and make sure you have the latest version of the app.
