It says my translation characters packages has expired. However, it does not give me an option to buy more characters. This has happened since late August? What Can I do?

Someone help me to renew my subscription. Sadly, this did not help, I still cannot use Language Weaver on RWS Trados (I need it there, not in the cloud). So, I was already charged for something I cannot use!!!

All of this seemed to be simpler in the past. Now, I have to create a ticket to manage my subscription. Why so much mystery and hassle? This is the opposite of a good service with all due respect. 

Right now I'm incredibly desperate, because I already paid for a service I cannot use and I have a deadline running against me....

OK. I was finally able to use the service. A customer service representative helped me to activate my account for Language Weaver.

Still, it seems every time I want to change or cancel my subscription, I have to create a ticket. It used to be much simpler in the past, where I can do it all by myself.
