How can I use Language Weaver from Trados Studio 2019? Can't seem to use it...

Question

Is Language Weaver a paid service, or is it for all Trados users? I own SDL TRADOS 2019 and when I try opening Cloud Based Resources, it says I need to subscribe to a package. 
 So it's not for all users, is it? Here are some screenshots I see when I choose SDL Language Cloud: 
 
 And when I click on "your account," this is the page I see, no list of options to choose from: 
 
 I'm confused about how I can access Language Weaver. 
 Your help or explanation would be greatly appreciated!

I got the following answer from Support by email: 
 "Please install the Language Weaver plugin. You will find the Language Weaver plugin for Studio 2019(3.2.10.1).zip on the following link: https://community.rws.com/product-groups/trados-portfolio/rws-appstore/w/wiki/6453/archived-versions-language-weaver ." 
 I also asked if I need to purchase a subscription to LW (which I did, so I cancelled it immediately). 
 "LW is free to use up to six million free NMT characters per year, per account for Studio users. For more details, please consult article https://www.trados.com/products/machine-translation/access-nmt-in-studio.html " 
 I hope someone will benefit from this answer.

Minji Kim , Language Weaver (NMT) is typically a paid for subscription for machine translation. Elisa Maxim can confirm if users are entitled to some free characters / usage.
