Problem when trying to connect to Language Weaver

Hello, 

I have a problem when trying to connect to Language Weaver via Trados Studio 2022 (Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.5.14757).

I have seen that there are 2 ways of connecting to it, either via Studio by clicking on "Connect" or via the application available on the RWS AppStore. However, in both cases I get stuck because I'm asked to connect to the Cloud. 

I don't have a Cloud account at the moment. Does this mean that I cannot use Language Weaver or is there a solution for using the tool anyway?
