昨日までは正常に稼働していましたが、今日、ファイルをオープンしたら、機械翻訳されず、プロジェクト設定ー翻訳メモリと自動翻訳ー使用ークラウドベースのリソースと進んでみても、選択できるニューラル翻訳が表示されません。

Please be informed that the problem has gone.
I reinstalled Language Weaver plugin yesterday because I found this plugin disappeared from the list of plugin, which I don't know why. After that, I restarted and tried see if the machine translation works but it didn't. Today, when I opened working file on editor and before reaching to new column for translation, I went to project setting - Use - crowd-based resouce, then I found "Generic - NMT" that I missed yesterday.
So, now it's working but the cause is not sure. All I did yesterday other than what I do normally is I has a support from MS office team. I have a problem on my outlook and thay re-installed outlook remotely. But I do not understand if this effected on the performance of studio.
