I'm having trouble with English to Hebrew machine translation in Trados. 13 other languages work fine, but Hebrew won't pre-translate. When I open the file in Editor, all segments are blank and the Translation Results widow reads "No matches found nor no lookup performed."

I tried pre-translating a PowerPoint file and a Word document and neither work. I also tried starting a new project with just the Hebrew language pair and that didn't work either. 

I'm using Trados Studio Professional 2022 SR1 - 17.1.6.16252 and Language Weaver 5.1.2.3 

Please advise if there is a known issue with Hebrew or troubleshooting steps I should try, thanks.
