Hi everyone,
Today, I think I made something wrong when trying to add LW to a project by clicking in "Reset Defaults".
Now, the add-in simple doesn't work in Trados Studio and not even in Language Weaver portal.
I get the following message:
Number of characters exceeded for accountId ****. Max allowed 7,200,000. If you want to extend your account limitations, please contact an Language Weaver account administrator.
Is there any way to hellp me on this? Many thanks!

Yes, it is still a problem. It was working very well until this day. LW simply does nothing, it is as if it didn't exist.
I login, run the pre-translate function and nothing happens.

I got a reply from the support team, indicating that I reached the yearly character limit, allocated for the cloud component.
However, in my account I can see the following:

That just tells you that you have an account, which you do. But you have exceeded the free allowance so if you want more you will need to upgrade it.
