My Machine translation suddenly stops working.
It appears on my project configuration but when I want to use it on the document, no results. When I select the option before it appears the language pair but no more.
I already went to my subscription plan and think still have available characters.
I have Trados Studio 2021.
Do I have to re-install Trados?

I'm afraid not. I just checked and you have exceeded the free allowance. It looks as though it'll reset in 45-days, but if you want more you can also upgrade to a paid subscription.
