Language Weaver (Machine Translation) not working in Studio

Question

Dear All, 
 
 Warm greetings from the University of Ghana. 
 
 We have been having issues with the Machine Translation component of Studio (Language Weaver). We have uninstalled and reinstalled the application and have taken other actions advised on various Trados-related platforms (including the Community), however, we are unable to use the feature. Could there be something we have done, unknowingly, or are not doing right? Kindly advise/assist.
