To confirm NMT typically wont offer results to segments that already have translations applied to it. Regardless if its translations originating from TM or NMT

Alternatively, are you implying that Edge is not offering you translations at all - as if it imply the services are down.

have you read my reply? Do you have any idea of the reason why Language Weaver doesn't show any result to my TM window in the Editor page? Thank you so much, Antonella

Antonella Pecchioli  can you please add a screenshot?

Have you tried adding and removing the provider in the TM list?

Do you use the Language Weaver provider plugin or the Cloud-resources option?

Also are you in Trados Studio 2022? 

Did you try to check the usage report here: https://portal.languageweaver.com/reports/dashboard
