Since yesterday the language weaver is not been working. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling again and it still doesn't work. Can you you please help?

Have you checked your usage and subscription in the Language Weaver Portal?

1. Go to https://portal.languageweaver.com/reports/dashboard
2. Login with your SDL ID
3. Go to the Reports tab
4. Select Dashboard

I did, but to be honest I don't understand how it works. If it says that I reached 100%, what does it mean: that I reached my monthly usage or my yearly usage? Thanks.
The usage is reported yearly, as the subscription allowance is yearly. But your start date is not 1st of January, but the date when your subscription was activated, usually the date when you purchased Trados Studio, and your Language Weaver subscription got created and activated.
There should be also a Dashboard showing in characters how much you have used.
You would need to wait for the renewal of your subscription or upgrade to a paid plan for more characters.
Under My Account you should see your subscription start and end date: https://portal.languageweaver.com/settings/account
