You can do this in your LW Portal see this article:

Or just:
1. Go to https://portal.languageweaver.com/reports/dashboard
2. Login with your SDL ID
3. Go to the Reports tab
4. Select Dashboard

This can happen if you had an older e-mail when you first had a Cloud account created.
