Unable to connect to Weaver

Good morning, 
I hope you're doing well!
Yesterday, I run into the same issue I had a few months ago. I just couldn't connect to Weaver. 
I wonder if this problem is just the same as the one I had back then: I had apparently exceeded the number of characters for machine translation
How can I verify if this is the case?
