Seems I can't log in to Language Weaver

Question

Hello, 
 I'm trying to complete the training course for machine translations, but the language pair doesn't show when I go to "Cloud ressources" while creating the project. And when I try to log in using this link https://portal.languageweaver.com/login , I get a message saying that I am not allowed to. 
 Just bought Trados Studio 2024 so it can't be character restriction, maybe just an account issue?
