Not able to Use Cloud Resources

I have a license for Trados Studio 2024 but cannot use NMT.

I followed the guidance of Trados Studio Level 1 workbook (for Trados Studio 2022).

Encountering this issue, I tried to log in to Language Weaver, but I have the same issues as other questions here including these:

(+) Generic-NMT Not Appearing - 5. Machine Translation - Trados Studio - RWS Community

(2) Language Weaver login issues - 5. Machine Translation - Trados Studio - RWS Community

I cannot create a cloud project either, getting an error message below.

When creating a project, "Source Language" does not appear like the following image, even though it is set in the engine.

I'm guessing the issue causing this is related.
