Subject: Issues Connecting Language Weaver with Trados

Hello,

I am experiencing difficulties connecting to my Language Weaver via Trados. I logged into my cloud workspace using my credentials and attempted to retrieve my Language Weaver login ID and secret key. While I have both, I am unable to copy and paste the secret key, as there is no option to do so.

Here are the steps I followed:

Additionally, I tried logging in as an administrator using this link: portal.languageweaver.com/login, but I received a message stating that I am not authorized to do so.L

I just bought Trados Studio 2024, so it shouldn't be a character restriction issue. It may be an account problem. I need support, as I read that it requires technical intervention.

I cannot directly contact the support team. How can I create a ticket or get the support I need?
