can anyone help me on this. I need a tool to calculate the PED according to Levenshtein with Trados Studio files.
How can I do that?
I have the Post Edit Compare plugin from the App Store, but this tool does not calculate Levensthein.

Technically - at least that's how I'd read it - the Post Edit Compare plugin does calculate the PED based on the Levenshtein distance.
It's just another way of putting it. For the first segment, the Levenshtein distance would be 19 (Edit-Dist.) divided by 118 (Max chars), so roughly 0.161 (or 16.10 when multiplied with 100).
The % value basically is just 100% - Levenshtein distance. The closer you get to 100%, the less modifications were made to the segment.
