SDL NEW PROJECT TRANSLATION MEMORY

Question

Good day, 
 I was thinking since I am doing a lot of translation in the pair language Nederland Romanian, containing specific legal terms to start creating a new project and use in the same time a based TM file for all future projects. 
 However when I add both new tm file and also google translate which is at the moment the only tool I can use for translation since the cloud does not support this pair, well I noticed that the document is not translatable anymore. Basically only if I choose alone Google translate I can proceed further with the translation. 
 
 Any ideeas why?

Sounds very odd, you should be able to add as many TMs and MT providers as you like. Can you elaborate on what is happening and what you mean by "the document is not translatable anymore"?
