Getting activation request when I did not sign into SDL BeGlobal Community on Trados

Hello,

I have been getting quite a few times a message requiring that I confirm my email address in order to continue with the sign up on SDL BeGlobal. However, I have not signed up on those days at all, and I am concerned someone else is using my ID. The email goes as follows:
