Studio 2017 does not add termbase

Question

Hello! 
 I have a problem with adding a termbase to a project. It doesn't matter if I create a termbase with a Multiterm Wizard or try to use a file-based termbase. Studio enables termbases but displays a message: No open termbases or Loading termbases in the Editor view. 
 Would be most grateful for help.

Apologies for the simple questions but good to cover them off just in case: 
 
1. Are you adding this in Project Settings or File -> Options? Obviously only the former will work? 
2. Are the languages matching exactly those in the project?

 Please can you provide a screenshot of your Project Settings where the termbase is added, and also the view in Studio showing where no termbase is found? You can add an image by selecting your image file like this:

Hi Agnieszka, can you also confirm you have updated both Studio and Multiterm to the latest versions? 
 
SDL Trados Studio 2017 - 14.0.5821.4 
SDL MultiTerm 2017 - 14.0.2165.2 
 
Also is the termbase stored locally on the same machine as the one you are working on?
