Cannot download Glossary Converter and Glossary Plugin

Question

Hello, I&rsquo;ve recently purchased SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance. I&rsquo;m trying to download the Glossary Converter and the Glossary plugin. It only gives the choice of one version which I click and then it gives me the message below. Also, I&rsquo;ve already downloaded the SDL Multiterm 2017 Convert, which I can use successfully, and I have Excel 2010. I thought it was because I translate from English to Spanish only, but I&rsquo;ve recently attended a seminar where Glossary Converter was used with English-Spanish files. I would appreciate suggestions on this.

Are you perhaps logged in with a different username and password to the account that has your licences? I checked your account with the details for the community and you have no licenses at all in there. It's important to use the same credentials as the account that holds your licence or the system won't be able to validate anything.
