  • Hi ,

I have moved your post again. The KnowledgeCentre community you keep posting into has nothing to do with the Language Products at all. It's a separate product you can learn more about here:

    www.sdl.com/.../

I can understand the confusion for two reasons, and you're not the only person getting this wrong:

    1. It's not the smartest of names as it's far too generic and sounds like a knowledgebase rather than a product
    2. MultiTerm almost fits into a content agenda

But the MultiTerm forum in Translation Productivity is the place to go for questions about terminology.

On your question, can you tell me which of these webinars this was?

    www.translationzone.com/.../

I'll ask internally but it would help for me to know which one you're talking about and then I can find the resources more easily.

    Thank you

    Paul

    This is the Webinar: www.sdl.com/.../
On the other hand, since the SDL Websites (lots of them!) have so many resources to the point that it is overwhelming for any user, I'd like to suggest some sort of a help system in which, before posting anything, the user will answer a series of questions: Are you a developer? Are you a regular user? What product is this post about? Is this a technical question? etc. Everything perfectly organized, categorized, etc. In the end, the user will post to the right forum or group or whatever. It takes some navigation to try and get to the right place only to find out that you posted to the wrong place. Some user-friendliness and usability is in order here.
I hope I can find that Termbase that motivated my post, in the first place. Thanks!
