Multiterm Extract .txt file support

Question

Hi, 
 I've tried importing various text files, but turned out that Extract couldn't handle this format. When the app starts processing, it gets stock at 0% and nothing happens. 
 Is there anything I can do?

What kind of txt file is this? Siple monolingual txt file, Translation Memory txt file or something else?
