MultiTerm CU4 update

Question

My MultTerm shows that there is an update v.1657 (Cumulative Update 4), but every time I try to install it, it fails. 
 
 I've found a page that supposedly shows you how to install CU4 manually ( https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027510 ) but the links in the instructions at the bottom point to the wrong files (CU3 and SR1). 
 
 Could anyone help?

Sorry for the delayed response. 
 
Could you let me know what you mean when you say the install 'fails'... Error messages? 
 
Without knowing more, I would suggest possibly an AntiVirus issue- 
Try disabling the AV and then installing the CU4- or better still reinstalling MultiTerm from scratch (with disabled Antivirus).
