Could you let me know what you mean when you say the install 'fails'... Error messages?
Without knowing more, I would suggest possibly an AntiVirus issue-
Try disabling the AV and then installing the CU4- or better still reinstalling MultiTerm from scratch (with disabled Antivirus).
